Both amazing, made me think of two things. First, since I practice Wim Hof method, was the time of slowing down the heart and calming the mind amidst anxiety. Second, a samurai sitting in the tall grass, slowing down his heart, waiting.
Buda and I were hanging out one day on the lawn swing when they Cooper's hawk swooped in and landed on a branch right over our heads. We looked up at it and it looked down at us. It was an awesome experience. He stayed there for a good minute or so before taking off again. Whatever possessed him to do that, I don't know. Anyway, it was such an incredible experience, I wrote a poem about it.

That really is amazing, observing nature often leads to seeing some fantastic things!

It’s a metaphor about assumptions, people assumed different bad things about where the bottle came from, but in reality it was a poor dying man

So unique, really puts a scene of me laying close to an open window with nature sounds outside, and a fireplace near by barely lit.
If you're quiet, you can hear your marshmallow melting into your hot cocoa.
