Man... you hit it on the head with... Christ teaches us that hard work is important, but he also teaches us that accumulating things is bad and that we must use our hard work to bless others. That is one major part of success in Christ’s eyes.
What is the main factor?
“God’s servant first.”
The main factor of success is doing the job that you do with a mindset that you are not working for a boss, or yourself, but for God. God is your boss and you are working for him. This will always change things if you truly wrap your mind around it.
When I was a turn around specialist (Facilitated helping four companies go from teetering to record success, I always operated with one key tool. The people that 'worked' for me did not work for me, they worked with me. And as the CEO I was there to serve them, not the other way around. I credit my Irish Franciscan Catholic upbringing. Excellent piece.
In 2000 I moved to Georgia and applied for a maintenance position, but the HR had other plans. Since I could type with both hands and most of my fingers she put me in the shipping department. I was handling inbound and outbound trucks. I was a Boomer working with a lot of younger groups. I worked in different departments over my years with the company and was even sent out of state for a month helping with and newly acquired warehouse. When I retired, I asked why I was moved around, and the answer was that my skillset was needed but mostly my work ethic. When I left a department, it was running better than when I moved there. I found out later that I was also one of the lowest paid because they told me it was based on performance but actually it was because I never complained or threatened to leave.
I love this post of yours! thank you!
Thank you!
Grace & Gratitude, and God's servant first, absolutely!

Amazing, thank you for sharing the personal experience with this.
Colossians 3:23 - Whatever you do,‘work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for man.
100%
I find this to always be the case, and yet the narrow path to heaven is always the most difficult to navigate. 🙏
