Always get back up.

Love the quote.

I felt it here for a few days of bewilderment since I have been removed from the Substack Notes feed, along with some other friends. So, I realize that my relationship with God is far more important and if I'm meant to impact anyone then He will provide. He always has. Social media is very controlling and for a minute it was wonderful to have back and forth relationships sharing and reading. It has been a long time since social media felt that way. I will continue to read others works and share and hope I can appear in the Notes feed again as I get back up and write. I did that for a long time without thinking about the social aspects of it. Thank you for being a great support. We can grow weary in life with all that is happening in the world and the negative forces, but we have to get back up. oxox

That’s really strange about the notes, did they say anything? I can see yours now so that’s good!

It's the actual logo box at top of Notes for your stories. I don't think there's anyone to talk to. Mine no longer goes there at all. The last three. I see the same people for up to a week. Weird.

Your message perfect timing. ox

Yes I agree - getting past that resistance to that thing you dread can be so tricky but its worth it. I try to break it into parts if I can. Like - i will open the email with that thing I have to do so the first bit is out the way - i find that makes it easier to do the next step.

Awesome article! So true, it's the hard days where we see the most growth. One day at a time, I am still reminding myself this when it comes to writing. Starting something little is better than nothing ♥️

Thanks! 100%, right now I’m working on a new novella and some nights I just write a few paragraphs.

So spot on! In our society we have it so much easier than most which is good and bad. We need to push ourselves. I always feel better after exercising or writing instead of watching some silly show on Netflix although it's fun sometimes. Thanks for posting. We all need motivational messages like this every so often! Sabrinalabow.substack.com

Agree 100%, great example too, electronics have really consumed people’s time and mind.

I made myself study Philippians today as I always so. Today marks 109 years since the Armenian genocide began. I knew I needed the epistle of joy more now than ever.

I didn’t want to go to hot power yoga yesterday after working 3 long shifts back to back. I told the instructor not to be offended if I sat in child’s pose the entire duration of the class.

To my surprise I had one of my best classes ever! My body needed to move and release all of the tension! I found myself more energized and was quite productive on my day off! I loved reading this article and can attest to the accuracy.

That’s awesome, it’s amazing how the right movement can help us out even when we feel like we are at a limit.

Often the release is needed more than the stillness

Thanks for sharing this. I like to remind myself that just opening the Word doc or the notebook and looking at the words counts as writing, too.

Reminding yourself what the project is also delivers help!

Love that reminder! It’s pertinent for me as I study Korean, which is quite a challenging language, and I have plenty of days in which I don’t feel like studying at all. I have a test next week, and don’t feel like revising haha, so this was timely!

DO IT ON THE HARD DAYS TOO—what a good adage to live by. Its simplicity but very well captures the essence of hard work and determination, the recipe for success. An eye-opening post! Thanks for sharing!

This is so true. Growth always happens when there's a gap, otherwise there's no room to push. short but insightful. Love it!
