When I sit down to a meal at home or in a restaurant, I usually take a deep breath, so the days problems don't interrupt my meal. After the deep breath I say a prayer for my meal. The prayer is long enough so God will know I appreciate him and my meal but short enough that it won't interrupt other people's meal. I only bow my head and pray with my heart in silence. I do believe God can hear and see me even though I just feel him in my soul.
I turn more and more spiritual as the years pass. Believing in things makes me more peaceful. 🖤
It also makes life more interesting. 😊❤️
