This line: "Inside of us, there is a divine spark that is waiting to become brighter, and outside of us, there is divine water into which we can put our roots in."

Just wow.

Yes! It was so beautifully put! But a great reminder that change can only truly be achieved through the divine, through the power of the Holy Spirit!

Great one. We have to change ourselves. Love ourselves into a creature of new habits

“You must step outside of your comfort zone and cleanse fear out of your mind, soul, and body.” I was writing in my journal this morning - and it came to me: Fear has been my teacher. It’s been keeping me “safe” and I heed its guidance.

I never thought of it that way, but sadly it’s true. I believe the root of it is I care more about other peoples opinions of me than I do about creating my own happiness. (How messed up is that?!)

Lots of layers to work through but knowing what you’re working with provides the best starting point. I’m looking forward to the day when my mind, body and soul are cleansed of fear - at the very least fear no longer makes all the decisions! (So I guess this means I have to start venturing out of my comfortable and uncreative zone 🥴)

That’s really interesting, I think sometimes fear is useful as well. It’s bad when it’s limiting our growth, but can be good in other situations.

Blessings friend! So much this morning about change! Hmmmmm seems like every summer around this time things happen. Maybe related to ….. Tisha B’Av - an earthquake is predicted to destroy the Dome of the Rock.

As a trainer in business change (project management) you have identified why so many business changes fail, they impose changes on people who will inevitably resist.
