Great interview. I just love the Substack community. It's as though dissenting voices have finally found a home.

I just saw your dietary restrictions for Lent on another thread.

May I suggest an old Delia Smith recipe?

I tend to oven-bake it for a little longer than the recipe suggests. It's better when the juices from the tomatoes have fully suffused through evaporation into the courgettes and they are nice with a little char to them. I tend to serve the recipe with ciabatta, which actually works with your restrictions. The coriander seeds must be an update- I use and older recipe which doesn't have them, as well as a little more garlic and fresh basil.

This looks amazing, we actually love this dish, takes a while to prepare everything, but a wonderful taste, might do it soon!

I am new to the lighthouse and the Starfire codes you both look interesting I'm glad I stumbled into the two of you. I don't know what the SANS attack is I do know that my entire Twitter account was restricted for simply posting a link that I wrote for an article on astrology for Substack. I'm starting to wonder if giant platforms like Twitter and Facebook could ever be forces for good. Similar to our country that is just so big with so many special interests that of course only the ultra powerful wind up calling the shots. Getting off Twitter is probably the best thing I can do for my mental health at this point I rarely participate in the Facebook world that's a long cringy evil story in itself. Anyway, i look forward to diving into your work.

I stopped using all social media except for Substack last year, been great.

Thank-you for subscribing to my Substack. I don't consider myself a professional writer by any stretch of the imagination. But I have been studying astrology for a few years now and hope to be posting the occasional worthwhile article on the subject.
