Perfect poetic depiction of morning ritual ... My espresso-cappuccino maker is my favourite machine but black coffee with grounds in it and sometimes a bit of sand will always make my mornings magical. I have that when I go tenting. A steel percolator on a Coleman stove, a brisk wind, a jacket that smells of campfire remind me of my childhood when Summer took us to the beaches and lighthouses. :)
