Squid Game, hope and personal resurrection

Hello friends,

I know you must be thinking that this title is very weird. Especially if you have been reading my blog. Indeed I wanted to go out of my norms and tie in a popular series from our current environment with a few ideas I find interesting and important.

I have read, listened, and watched so much material on these subjects, and I have written on them already in my blogs, but something inside of me simply pushed me towards writing it with this angle in mind.

Now, before I proceed, I’m about to get into a huge spoiler right away if you have not seen this show, so you have been warned!

This show’s main character is Gi-hun. He is broke, depressed, and divorced. He drinks a lot of alcohol and gambles. As many people in today’s society, he thinks that if he was able to have a lot of money, his trouble would go away. However, this is not true, for the trouble here is spiritual.
